PLEASE UNDERSTAND : IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE WITHOUT READING EVERYTHING LISTED YOU ARE SUBJECTED TO ANY FEES ETC. THAT MAY TAKE PLACE. NO EXCEPTION. **GRACEDYA POLICIES** If you are not feeling the greatest I ask you to please reschedule your appt ahead of time. There is a 48 hr window to cancel/reschedule all appointments. No exceptions. **Please wash your hands soon as you come into the room** New clients must come bare handed or must book a soak off. If you arrive otherwise, your appt will have to be rescheduled & your retainer (deposit) will not transfer to the new appointment. No children or extra guest allowed AT ALL. Space is very limited. Once you arrive please notify me to let me know you are in the parking lot or inside in the waiting area. Not notifying me you have arrived puts your appt time at risk. A $20 retainer (deposit) is due at the time of booking. Card on file is a requirement. Cash App & Apple Pay is NOT a payment option. Card, cash & zelle is welcomed. (IF YOU ARE PAYING YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IN CASH, PLEASE BRING CORRECT CHANGE. IT IS A HUGE POSSIBILITY I WILL NOT HAVE CHANGE FOR YOU) —ALL RETAINERS (DEPOSITS) ARE NONREFUNDABLE— A 10 minute grace period is allowed starting at appt time scheduled. After 10 mins you will charged $10 extra. 15 minutes late will result in having to reschedule your appointment all together. Your retainer (deposit) is non refundable & you will have to book a new appointment. No transfers. No call/show = 100% of charge of service(s) & only allowed once before not being able to rebook. You have a 48 hour window to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee. Your retainer (deposit) is non refundable & you must schedule a new appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling 24 hours or less to your booked appointment time will result in 100% service charge. No retainer (deposit) transfers. Cancellation Policy

When having to cancel/reschedule go to your reminder email/text where you will see both options. Tap whichever you need. Cancels/reschedules MUST BE done 48 hrs in advance. The option to do so will no longer be available after the 48hrs is up. 24 hrs or less results in having to rebook your appt & 100% service charge of that appointment. No deposit transfers are allowed. Please book accordingly. Remember to cancel/reschedule within the grace period given. Once appointment is booked with GRACEDYA you are agreeing with all the terms & conditions listed. —-All deposits are non refundable.——
